A friendly, honest consult about your pet
A relaxed one-on-one conversation about your dog or cat, the wellness basics, and what the peptide research does and doesn’t show, so you can have a better-informed conversation with your vet.
What a consult covers
Every pet is different, so every consult is too. Here’s what we typically talk through.
Your pet’s story
Age, breed or type, lifestyle, daily routine, and what you’d like to understand better.
Nutrition & routine
General wellness habits around feeding, treats, hydration, and daily rhythm, discussed in a way you can review with your vet.
Activity & enrichment
Movement, play, rest, and enrichment ideas suited to your pet’s life stage.
What the research says
An honest walk through the peptide research: what has been studied, in which species, and where the evidence is limited or missing.
Questions to ask
How to separate hype from evidence, and the questions worth asking about any product or claim you come across.
Notes for your vet
You leave with a written summary and a list of questions to bring to your veterinarian.
What a consult is not. I’m not a veterinarian. A consult is education and coaching. It does not include diagnosing, treating, or prescribing for your pet, and I don’t sell or recommend specific peptide products. Decisions about your pet’s health belong with you and your licensed veterinarian.
How to prepare
You don’t need anything fancy. A few notes help us make the most of our time together.
- Your pet’s age, approximate weight, and breed or type
- What they eat now, including treats and anything you add to meals
- A typical day: activity, walks or play, sleep, and routine
- Anything your vet has already shared that you’re comfortable discussing
- Any products or peptides you’ve read about and want to understand
- Your questions, big or small. Write them down as they come up.
A note on urgent concerns
If your pet is sick, injured, in pain, or acting very differently than usual, please contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital right away. A coaching consult is not the right place for urgent or medical concerns.
Book your consult
Pick a time that works for you. After you book, you’ll get a confirmation with everything you need to know before we meet.
- One-on-one with Ben
- Education and coaching only. No products sold.
- A written summary and vet questions afterward
